Exchanges and Returns:
The tote bag can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of receipt as long as it is unworn and returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
In case of return, a full refund of the price of the product will be made. The tote bag will have to be sent back to our showroom in Canet de Mar (BCN) or Madrid assuming the shipping costs.
